A. General

This website has been put together by Wonderscan BVBA, with registered office in 3600 Genk, Molenstraat 86, here after called Wonderscan. The website of Wonderscan offers access to certain search services. Using the website is considered as the acceptance of present general conditions. Without acceptance of these general conditions the use of the website is not sustained and is technically impossible. Wonderscan preserves the right to adjust these general conditions.

B. Accessibility of the website

Wonderscan tries to keep her services accessible as much as possible 7 days on 7 and 24 hours on 24. However The access to the services can be interrupted, among others because of technical reasons, for example maintenance, or because of other reasons. The disturbances do not give cause for compensation. Wonderscan preserves the right to deny the access of users to her site in whole or in part, unilateral and without previous notification, among others in case of obvious violation of these conditions by the user.

Wonderscan gathers personal information for her services to be able to identify the users. This information can also be used by Wonderscan for information and marketing objectives. If the user wishes to oppose this, he needs to let this know when inserting the information. This can be done through a box which can be ticked or un-ticked when applying. Under the law of 8th December 1992 regarding the protection of privacy the user has the right to request his data and if necessary to let it be adjusted. Our website possibly uses cookies to simplify the visit and with certain secured applications. These cookies don’t obtain personal information. J. Applicable law and competent courts

Every claim regarding the site must be initiated, under penalty of revocation, within a year after the arising of underlying case. Every juridical relation between Wonderscan and the user of the website fully comes within the jurisdiction of the Belgian Law. In case of dispute the courts of Tongeren are exclusively competent.
